Cancellation and Cooling Off Period

Term:1. Right to Cancel:

You may cancel the Contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to accept your application for an agreement with Defoes.

We will only cancel the Contract if the Event Outside Our Control continues for longer than two (2) weeks.

If either of us has too cancel an Application: due to an Event Outside Our Control, we will promptly contact the other party in writing.

Where we have already started work on your Application and either of us, have to cancel, we will not charge you anything, and you will not have to make any payment to us.

Term:2.  Cooling off Period

You may have the right to your money back for up to two weeks from the point when we receive your payment into our account or one of our third-party holding accounts.

Not all investments are subject to a cooling off period which would be written in the terms and conditions of your contract.

Term:3. Deposits:

All deposits with Knowledge2Market are non-refundable.
